The Alexandrian Text
...the So-called "Older and More Reliable"...

The words of the LORD are pure words:
as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.
Thou shalt keep them, O LORD,
thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.

(Psalm 12:6-7)

These are the four main Alexandrian texts that are referred to as the "oldest and most reliable" by modern "scholars," even the translators. This is a very deceitful statement and by itself is a lie. The only thing older about them is that they are the oldest codicies extant today, but are far from the oldest Greek manuscripts and witnesses that we have available. Read on to see what Dean John Burgon said about these so-called more reliable manuscripts.

Codex Sinaiticus (Aleph -- 4th cent.)
Codex Vaticanus (Codex B -- 4th cent.)
Codex Bezae (6th cent.) also known as Codex D
Codex Regius (8th cent.) also known as Codex L

Dean John W. Burgon, one of the greatest scholars that ever lived, is cited by Dr. David O. Fuller in WHICH BIBLE?. Dean Burgon wrote in reference to Codexes B, Aleph, D, and L., "I insist and am prepared to prove [which he did] that the text of these two Codexes (B and Aleph) is very nearly the foulest in existence," (Pp. 126-127) and "That they exhibit fabricated texts is demonstratable....B and Aleph are covered all over with blots -- Aleph even more than B....We suspect that these two manuscripts are indebted for their preservation, SOLELY TO THEIR ASCERTAINED EVIL CHARACTER." (Pg. 93, 128)

He goes further in saying, "No amount of honest copying -- persevered in for any number of centuries -- could by possibility have resulted in two such documents." (Pg. 93) Burgon also said, "By far the most depraved text is that exibited by CODEX D. (Pg. 93)

"Strange as it may appear, it is undeniably true, that the whole of the controversy may be reduced to the following narrow issue: Does the truth of the text of Scripture dwell with the vast multitude of copies, uncial and cursive, concerning which nothing is more remarkable than the marvelous agreement which subsists between them? [In reference to the Text Received which the KJB was taken from.]

Or is it rather to be supposed that the truth abides exclusively with a very little handful of manuscripts, which at once differ from the great bulk of witnesses, and - strange to say - also amongst themselves [Codices B, Aleph, D, and L.] ." (pg. 124, 173) "Here as you must see B and Aleph in faltering tones and with an insignificant following are met by an array of authorties which is triumphantly superior , not only in antiquity, but in number, variety, and continuity." (pg. 127)

As you can see above this stuff about "older and more reliable" IS A LIE. The "more reliable" part is a flat out lie. The "older" part is extremely deceiving. Quite a few of the manuscripts that were used for the KJB ARE INDEED OLDER than the so-called "older and more reliable" manuscripts. Between God and Satan, which one would you say is deceiving? (Heb. 6:18; II Tim. 2:13; Genesis 3:1; John 8:41) The deceitful part is because they are the oldest codicies, but NOT the oldest manuscripts! A codex is a book of manuscripts for a brief definition. The corrupt "Bibles", (NIV, NASB, etc.) use basically four of the most corrupt Catholic manuscripts ever fabricated as you also saw above. Down load some of Dr. Gail Riplinger's work on them. Also view Dr. Linton Smith's work and Dr. Jeffrey A. Young's work or down load them. Back to Manuscript Evidence

The PROTESTants rejected these along with others during the Reformation. They attack the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ in over 200 places, they leave whole verses out, words are missing, and they add words! That's not all, they do not have any manuscript evidence for this whatsoever in quite a few places! They also messed up the cross reference words that the holy Spirit put there so we could compare Scripture with Scripture as we are commanded to do (John 6:63; I Corinthians 2:13)!

Those were the same manuscripts that William Tyndale rejected when he almost completed the first English Bible from the good manuscripts. What happened to him for trying to get the infallible word of God to us in English? He was burned to death at the stake August 6, 1536 by the Catholics for "heresy." During his great sacrifices and persecutions and before his death he said to a learned scholar, [who thought the Pope's word was infallible] "If God spare my life, ere many years, I will cause a boy that driveth a plough shall know more of the Scripture than thou doest." Tyndale knew what he was translating, knew what he was rejecting, and got burnt at the stake for it! And you my Christian friend still want to study and support what he rejected! That is just one incident of God using a man that got martyred out of literally millions in keeping his promise to preserve his words perfect and pure forever!
