Homeland Security Secretary Ridge: People do not need "to start sealing up their doors or ... windows."

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- With rolls of duct tape and plastic sheeting being swept off store shelves across the country, Homeland Security Director Tom Ridge tried Friday to reassure Americans there is no reason to panic.

"God forbid, there may come a time when the local authorities or national authorities will tell you that you've got to use them. But for the time being, we just don't want folks sealing up their doors or sealing up their windows," Ridge said at a news conference.

Hang in there Christian! Saddam Hussein, Omasa bin Laden, the al Qaeda, Ahmed Yassin, the Hamas, et .al are just a blade of grass in the wind, "For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb." (Psalm 37:2) Ultimately, they (Saddam Hussein, Omasa bin Laden, the al Qaeda, Ahmed Yassin, the Hamas, and the whole gang) are in a very big issue between God and his chosen people, the Jews, even the Israelites in Israel and scattered abroad. Remember, Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. (Romans 13:1) Let it be known that all this stuff has to happen and all the powers today are of God for his divine purpose!

Marvel not my brothers and sisters for all this fighting that has been going on for thousands of years must be! Brethren, it is going to get a whole lot worse than it is now and part of me says, "bring it on Ishmael, give it everything you got!" You must understand that one great and terrible day the armies of the world are going to invade Israel and there will be so much bloodshed that it will be waist deep. But, that is when we will be with the "KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS" riding on white horses returning with Him to avenge His chosen people, Israel! Do you understand what that means? It means that even seven years before that great battle of Armageddon we, those born again in Christ Jesus, will be caught up (rapture) to meet Him in the air! This fight is between the forces of darkness, that is, of Satan and God. It is between Israel and Ishmael. Speaking of Ishmael the Bible says:

"And he will be a wild man; his hand will be against every man, and every man's hand against him..." (Genesis 16:12)

That is in reference to the descendants of Ishmael, even Saddam Hussein, Omasa bin Laden, the al Qaeda, Ahmed Yassin, the Hamas, et .al. God foreknew it and told it to "Hagar, Sarai's maid," (a few thousand years before the Arabs, Palestinians, etc. came around. Sarah was Abraham's wife. (This is discussed later in this document.) (The Muslims, 6th century, are only a part of the whole picture.) Hagar was told that her son Ishmael would be blessed, but as you might know it was Isaac that got the true blessing, the promise as you may know it. It was Isaac that Abraham "sacrificed," not Ishmael.

None of us are going to be gassed or blown up unless the Lord allows it! Neither will we die unless the Lord calls us home! Always remember, the safest place to be at all times no matter where you are at -- is to be in the will of the Lord! So what if you die, well glory hallelujah, and Amen! "...and precious shall their blood be in his sight." (Psalm 72:14) You know that God just does not let "bad" things happen to his people for no reason at all! God has got everything under control for his children, even those that love him. Do not fear wild men like Saddam Hussein, Omasa bin Laden, the al Qaeda, Ahmed Yassin, the Hamas, et .al, but fear God, the one that can save souls from hell that gave us an everlasting promise!

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose....and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified. (Romans 8:28, 30)

Now, speaking of salvation of the sinner and compassion as a whole:

And of some have compassion, making a difference: And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh. But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. (Jude 1:22-23; 1 Corinthians 2:15)

Is it not out of compassion that we defend freedom for all in America and free countries? If we did not fight to protect the free world from wild men like Saddam Hussein, Omasa bin Laden, the al Qaeda, Ahmed Yassin, the Hamas, and the rest of the Ishmaelites would we not be an incompassionate nation? How much more compassion do you want? But you say, "War is not right!" and you think we are wrong to fight for freedom. You should not be a hypocrite then. Disarm your police force and have no laws in your country. You may think that is silly, but it is the same thing, just on a lesser scale. We want freedom obviously to feel safe, but the Christian also knows that we need it so that we may, in time, save the soul which Jude 23 above is speaking of.

Even as I write, we are living in some exciting times! Prophecy is being fulfilled right before our eyes. I believe that the current events going on with the Israelites, Palestinians, Muslims, Jews, Iraqis, Saddam Hussein, Omasa bin Laden, the al Qaeda, Ahmed Yassin, the Hamas, and all the Ishmaelites, are but a foreshadow of the things to come spoke of in the scripture for that great and terrible battle, even Armageddon. So, soon, and very soon, we shall all rise to be with Him. We know, that we will be raptured (caught up) before the great tribulation starts (Matthew 24).

But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words. (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18)

Got your rapture shoes on brethren and sistren ready to go home?

For those of you who may not know, it was Isaac that got the blessing/covenant (Genesis 17:19)! The supposed prophet (Mohammed who is burning in hell at this very minute) switched the names (in the Koran that he wrote) at the "sacrifice" so that it looked like that it was Ishmael that got the promise. No doubt we could trace a whole lot of today's Muslims back to Ishmael just by their actions and definitely the tribes and bloodlines. The Jews are their brothers indeed! Remember, Mohammed added parts of the Old Testament written millenniums before his time, parts of the New Testament written before his time, and false doctrine from apostate Christians at his time (about the sixth century) to write the Koran. That is the book that Muslims believe to be the words of Allah. ...and no, Allah is not God! He may be the Muslim's god, and that is all he is, a god - not God!

Once again my brethren - fear not what is going on today. If you are saved indeed, who cares what the Muslims may do? Remember, God prophsied it about 1913 B.C. That is nearly 4000 years ago. It has been going on for that long and is really getting very close to Armeggedon proportion might I add. OK, so you are in God's will and a bomb goes off and you die, bodily. Well, glory in the Lord I say! "We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord." (2 Corinthians 5:8) So, once again, the prophecy. It is God's plan for all this to happen! Remember?:

And the angel of the LORD said unto her, Behold, thou art with child, and shalt bear a son, and shalt call his name Ishmael; because the LORD hath heard thy affliction. And he will be a wild man; his hand will be against every man, and every man's hand against him; and he shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren. (Genesis 16:10-12)

On the other hand, our God is a God of peace and love! However, he is also a God of consuming fire and war. He is still in the business of judging nations like the USA. The following is speaking of Israel, but can certainly be applied spiritually to Christians as a whole in a nation as well.

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. (2 Chronicles 7:14)

I wonder how long it will be until the USA "sells out" Israel and we start the very last of the last days before the Rapture? We know this stuff has to happen! So I sometimes marvel at why people cannot understand it. (Luke 17:1)

No doubt God would have taken His hand off us (USA) earlier had we not been giving aid to Israel and praying for them the way we do and have done.

And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee. Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces. (Genesis 12:3; Psalm 122:6-7)

Anyway, after the Christians are taken out of this world to be with God, all hell is going to break loose here on earth. So marks the great tribulation Jesus taught about in Matthew 24. All the unsaved, the ones that have not excepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior, will go through a great tribulation that has never happened nor will happen again. Pray that Saddam Hussein, Omasa bin Laden, the al Qaeda, Ahmed Yassin, the Hamas, and all the Muslims get saved. I know it seems in vain, but as you know God does not will that any should perish into hell for eternity. If you are an unsaved person reading this it is imperative that you get saved! There is only one way to get to heaven, being saved from hell. This is an eternal issue - all of this web page is senseless, perhaps nonsense, to those that are not saved!

For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. (Matthew 24:21)

And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory. And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast [Rome]; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain, And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds. (Revelation 16:9-11)

For they have healed the hurt of the daughter of my people slightly, saying, Peace, peace; when there is no peace. Were they ashamed when they had committed abomination? nay, they were not at all ashamed, neither could they blush: therefore shall they fall among them that fall: in the time of their visitation they shall be cast down, saith the LORD....And if the house be worthy, let your peace come upon it: but if it be not worthy, let your peace return to you....Woe to the idol shepherd that leaveth the flock! the sword shall be upon his arm, and upon his right eye: his arm shall be clean dried up, and his right eye shall be utterly darkened. (Jeremiah 8:11-12; Matthew 10:13; Zechariah 11:17)

After a short while, we will return with Jesus following his white horse as KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS! God will avenge the Jew first and Christian at the battle of Armageddon where we will have bodies like His which never die. Jerusalem will be under attack from the north, from the east including "two hundred thousand thousand:" of horses and men crossing the Euphrates, and those from the south! No, it will not be a pretty site at the battle at all!!! Recent bombings would be like a slap on the hand compared to it, even all the wars since the beginning!

The following is for those that are not saved and would like to get saved. It is mostly scripture, but there is explanation where needed. If you do not understand you may write me at: Jody <Sojourner@PureWords.org>:

God does not will that any should end up in hell. Anybody that would want to have anybody go to hell for eternity has absolutely no idea of what they are talking about! He or she are the most hateful people in the world. Hell is eternal (everlasting) torment in fire!!! Whether you believe that or not does not make a bit of difference of its reality!

The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. (2 Peter 3:9)

Anybody that does not accept the Lord Christ Jesus, even God, as their Saviour is already condemned to hell:

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. (John 3:16-18)

Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven [Jesus] given among men, whereby we must be saved. (Acts 4:12)

In short, the only sin that will send anybody to hell is to not believe in Jesus Christ. I am tolerant of other "religions" just because the people have the right to believe what want. However, I am intolerant to their doctrines (teachings) though. If I did not tell you that you will go to hell for eternity if you don't get saved, it would be the greatest hate crime of all!

The real question here is not, "Well, what about the Muslims," "What about the Buddhists," "What about the American Indian," "What about, what about...?" The real question is what are *you* going to do with Jesus? Are you going to gamble and wait and see? Are you going to wait till *you* are ready? Everybody needs forgiveness for sin (or if you must) for the bad things we do. Only Jesus can give you that and only upon your belief in him!

All the other religions of the world are false as Jesus prophesied (minus the Jews). Practice what you want, but the bottom line is hell unless individuals get saved, born again. Whether you believe that or not does not make a difference at all when it comes to the truth and what *will* happen.

There are three main principles that Christianity has:

1. The forgiveness of sin and therefore an inner peace that surpasses all understanding.

2. Salvation from hell to heaven is a free gift, it cannot be earned by doing a lot of good things or by trying not to sin.

3. God came to earth in the flesh and died on the cross for the sin of the world so that the forgiveness (life eternal) is available for those that would receive him and believe upon him.

By contrast, all the other religions in the world think they get forgiven for their sin by trying to work to get accepted into heaven. (They are trying to work their way to heaven.) Also, *their god did not* come down for them, nor is he coming to get them.

Well, we all cannot be right, that is for sure! Do you know you need forgiveness of your sin? Do you want forgiveness of it? Do you ever feel guilty because of your sin? Forgiveness is just a prayer away being born again into eternal life. If you understand that Jesus came into the world to save sinners from hell to heaven, that he died on the cross for your sin, that he rose, even God (Isaiah 9:6; John 15:26, 20:26-29; Romans 1:20), on the third day, then all you need to do is ask him for forgiveness. You need to acknowledge you are a sinner and that you want to turn from your ways and try to live your life the way He wants you to. Just pray to God the best way you know how saying you believe the above. The following is a number of verses that explain it all. Please read them.

For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. (Romans 1:20-23)

The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world. (John 1:29)

For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. (Romans 1:16)

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. (John 3:16-18)

This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief. (1 Timothy 1:15)

For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;...But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us....For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Romans 3:23, 4:5, 5:8, 6:23)

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: (Ephesians 2:8)

And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. (Acts 16:30-31)

For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: (1 Corinthians 15:3-4)

But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: (John 1:12)

He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen. (Revelation 22:20-21)

And my song shall ever be,
praise the Lamb who died for me,
