The evidence below showing the error of the "new versions" is abundant. Please know that this is not why I believe that the King James Bible Version (a.k.a.: KJV) is the infallible perfect and preserved word of God. It is not just the King James Bible Version, KJV, but the King James Bible, KJB. This stuff is posted for those who have been led astray by modern beliefs. Pastors that do not believe that God has preserved his word in one Book are some of the most dangerous to listen to. This is because good meaning Christians take their pastor's word on everything as God's honest truth. The truth is that the majority of pastors have been ruined in their belief of the word of God by modern scholarship. BTW, I believe that God preserved his word for the English speaking people in one Book because he promised that. I do not put my faith in man saying that you have to know the original language to get a deeper meaning of the word. I put my faith in God. The Bible says:
Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD. 7 Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is. 9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? (Jeremiah 17:5)
Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. (Proverbs 3:5)
But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him. (1 John 2:27)
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)
God did not say, "You must learn Hebrew and Greek to understand his word so that you, 'may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.'" I highly suggest that you quit listening to modern scholarship, science so falsely called, and start listening to God!

God is Not a Man That He Should Lie is something I wrote a few years back. It shows some of the corruption of the new versions, but is mainly directed towards those who have studied the Bible issue and refuse to change! (6-97)

Truth Or Perversion? is a handy tract with a brief history of how and where the Bible started. It lists "more than 400 words, verses or parts of verses of the King James Bible that have been omitted, changed or inserted in the new versions." (Trosclair/Castellaw 6-97)

The King James Controversy: A Biblical View is a handy little reference outline for Bible Believers. Prints out nice into a small pamphlet that is great for giving someone that hasn't heard that there is only one preserved Bible in English! (Anonymous 6-97)

Mark 1:2-3 This shows that today's scholarship is foolishness and corrupt like the "new translations." It is on the readings of: "the prophets" and "the prophet Isaiah."

Mark 16:9-20. This is a questioned passage by all "new translations." The evidence says differently.

Down load this Collection of assorted answers to the false reviews about Dr. Gail Riplinger's New Age Bible Versions. It includes stuff from her King James Version Ditches Blind Guides. Read the discourse between Dr. Walter S. Beebe and Dr. D.A. Waite answering a critic, Professor Ron Minton, in article entitled How NOT to defend the King James Version. You may also down load it in zipped up in text only form along with Pastor David Cloud's review which after your own research you should be able to see where he errs as well as the others. You really ought to read this stuff before believing the false views of her work. |
| Down load Dr. Samuel Gipp's The Answer Book. This book answer's the common questions about the King James controversy. It is a very handy electronic book to have on hand for use in DOS/Windows operating systems.

Down Load Only Why I Believe The KJB Is The Infallible Word Of God is a great work written by Pastor Mike O'Neal. His outline gives a short, but very precise examples of quite a few corrupt Bible versions. Quite handy for quick reference.

Not King James Version (NKJV) shows without a doubt that the NKJV is not a King James Bible. It is a lot of Scripture comparisons to show that it is indeed corrupt and has the same readings as the "new versions."

Most "new versions" make some kind of statement in the preface about the changes made did not effect any established doctrine -- ROFL -- Read Bible Doctrines Affected By Modern Versions by Paul L. Freeman which points out a lot of verses where they did in fact change doctrine! Wonder why they corrupted Romans 1:25 in the "new versions???"
